Brad Massad
President & Owner
Brad Massad, who serves as President and Owner of the company with Gene Nims, joined Gene Nims Builders, Inc. in 1989 after attending Louisiana Tech University in Ruston and working in restaurant management. Now specializing in construction management in the restaurant, banking, retail and other industries, Brad is integrally involved in company operations and project development, with particular expertise in design-build projects.
Brad takes a hands-on approach to projects, personally overseeing their continual progress and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and on budget. Brad's unique ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve for clients, coupled with his high level of organization, enables him to communicate a project's progress at every stage and keeps clients coming back for more.

"Nims" is a name that has been known in the construction industry of Shreveport, Louisiana since the mid-1940's. While growing up, Gene Nims worked for his dad, a residential/commercial builder. Gene continued to work for his dad as an estimator/project manager until 1986 when he began his own construction company. Gene's philosophy is the same as his dad's: be honest in your business dealings, provide quality work at a fair price, and work hard. Gene's commitment to professionalism and work values are a testament to the growth of Gene Nims Builders, Inc.
